This storefront is operated for Al Jasmine Natural Oils in Egypt. These terms apply to website use, accounts, promotions, and purchases. If any part conflicts with a mandatory consumer right, that mandatory right continues to apply.
Products and information
We work to keep product names, descriptions, sizes, images, prices, availability, and usage guidance accurate. Natural materials and packaging may vary slightly between batches. The physical product label is the primary source for the exact ingredients, warnings, storage instructions, and directions for use.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is a request to buy the selected items. An on-screen or email acknowledgement confirms receipt, not final acceptance. We may contact you to verify details and may decline or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, information is incomplete, pricing is clearly incorrect, or fraud or misuse is reasonably suspected.
Prices, discounts, and promotions
The checkout shows the item subtotal, accepted discounts, delivery fee, payment fee when applicable, and final total before submission. Promotional, loyalty, and affiliate codes are subject to their displayed conditions, may not be combined unless stated, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may correct a clear pricing or calculation error before accepting the order.
Payment
Available methods are shown at checkout and may include cash on delivery and InstaPay transfer. Card payment appears only after an approved secure payment gateway is activated. For InstaPay orders, payment evidence must match the order total and is reviewed before payment is confirmed. Never send card details through customer-care messages.
Delivery
Delivery availability, fee, and any estimate depend on the address and service shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, mobile number, governorate, area, street, and delivery details. Delays may occur because of address issues, courier operations, weather, public events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Returns and refunds
Return eligibility and refund handling follow our Returns & Refunds Policy. Contact customer care before sending any item. Nothing in that policy limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
Accounts and acceptable use
